Withdrawal period

  1. When purchasing products, you are entitled to a withdrawal period, which you can cancel up to 14 days. This period starts on the day of receiving of your package.
  2. During this period, you will treat the product and the packaging with care. If you want to use your right of withdrawal, it must be returned in its original condition.
  3. If you want to make use of your right of withdrawal, you are obliged to make this known to Designamicbya within 14 days after receiving the product(s). You do this by sending an email.
  4. In the event of damage to the product and due to careless handling by you, you are liable for any reduction in value of the product. That also means that you cannot get the full amount back.

 Did you receive the wrong product?

Sorry, that is of course not the intention! Please contact us as soon as possible by emailing info@designamicbya.com.

Registration of return
You can register your return via email: info.designamic@gmail.com. Make sure that your email contains the following information: order number, product name and reason for returning + photos. The costs of sending it back are for your own account. 

Is your product damaged or incorrectly delivered?
That is certainly not the intention, so please contact us as soon as possible by emailing info.designamic@gmail.com. We will then solve the problem immediately. Of course you don't have to pay for these costs!

What happens when you have sent your return?
As soon as we have received and processed your return, we will let you know via a confirmation email. When we have received the product in good and original condition, we will refund the order amount due within five working days after receiving, via the payment method chosen by you.
